WorkSource Clackamas partners with youth, local employers and members of the community to develop young peoples' skills, abilities, knowledge and experiences to prepare them for successful careers and lives.

Clackamas Professional Technical Educational Consortium (C-TEC)

Inspires, educates, and prepares the emerging workforce in Clackamas County. C-TEC promotes a high quality system of Career and Technical Education and career related learning for all students through a coordinated delivery of services in secondary and post-secondary education.

Services for youth who are enrolled in C-TEC Youth Services throughout the Clackamas county.

Preview some of the services we offer:

• One-on-one job search support
• Career coaching
• Interview sessions for upcoming C-TEC sponsored trainings
• Referrals for ImatchSkills® (online job matching systems)
• Internships
• Support with FAFSA-Financial Aid
• Workplace readiness training
• Information and referrals to local resources (CCC, DePaul, Job Corps, DHS etc.).

Note: We also work closely with youth transitioning from high schools to Clackamas Community College (CCC).

Youth Services (Open to the General Public)

We offer employment services for youth 16-21 years of age. open to the general public, along with youth referred from various

partnerships and youth serving agencies ( Drug Court, Project Payback, Juvenile Corrections, OYA, Alternative High Schools, Senior Internships, etc.)

• Learn about internships & employment referrals through the WorkSource Clackamas employment team

Every Wednesday WorkSource Clackamas provides youth with extra support regarding:

• Site tours of WorkSource Clackamas facilities

Please Note: All tours or Employment Readiness workshops are by appointment only, and are scheduled around EMP hours in the WorkSource Clackamas Career Center to ensure space.
