OREGON DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE PESTICIDE TESTING

 

ONLY AVAILABLE ON MAIN CAMPUS - Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Test may begin between the hours of 8:00am and 3:30pm.

You must make an appointment to take the on-line version of the exam. Call 877-533-2900 to arange to take the on-line version fo the exam.

As of July 1st Pesticide tests will only be offered on-line, the paper version will be offered one day a month only.

Paper Version of the pesticide exams:

Fee $15

Avialable one day a month the dates that are currently set are as follows

April 6th

May 4th

 

No appointment necessary to take the paper and pencil version of the exam. This format takes over a week to get your results.

IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU KNOW THE EXACT NAME OF THE TEST(S) YOU NEED.  The testing center does not know which tests are required to obtain a particular license.  Once a test has been started, the $15 fee cannot be refunded for that test.  To prevent taking a test you do not need, if you are unsure, please contact ODA at (503) 986-4635 or visit their website.

Please Remember:

  • A GOVERNMENT ISSUE PHOTO ID is required in order to test.
  • Test takers must know the name of the test(s) they are required to take.
  • The 15.00 fee (per test) for the paper version is paid in the lobby of Rook Hall (bring us the receipt).Unless you are taking the on-line version of the exam you will have paid the fee when the apointment was made.
  • Seating is on a first-come-first-served basis.
