Welcome

In keeping with the college mission, the Horticulture Department provides quality education and training for industry and community members. Course offerings in Greenhouse, Landscape, and Nursery Management integrate technical knowledge, practical skills, and environmental stewardship. The Horticulture Department is located in the Horticulture Center, in Clairmont Hall.

Our Horticulture program is accredited by the Professional Landcare Network (PLANET).  It is the only nationally recognized endorsement offered to colleges with landscape/horticulture curricula. It is designed to recognize schools with landscape contracting curricula that meet or exceed industry standards. Visit the PLANET web site.
