Tiffany Lee Brown @ CCC

Writer, editor and performance artist Tiffany Lee Brown will read Tuesday, February 21 at 7:30 pm in the Winklesky Literary Arts Center (Rook 220). She will unveil material from two new works-in-progress, and from her interdisciplinary art project CANDY BLUE.

Brown's writing appears in periodicals including Utne, Bookforum, Tin House, and Venus, and in books and anthologies such as The Bust Guide to the New Girl Order (Penguin, 1999), The Clear Cut Future (Clear Cut Press, 2003), Northwest Edge: Fictions of Mass Destruction (Chiasmus, 2004), and Covert Culture (St. Martin's, 1996). Her performances and multidisciplinary works have been presented at Performance Works NW, the Portland Rose Festival, Enteractive Language Festival, the Dark Arts festival, and Burning Man, among others. She is currently the editor of 2GQ.
