Nance Van Winckel @ CCC

Poet Nance Van Winckel will read at noon, Thursday the 21st, in the Literary Arts Center. Van Winckel’s fourth collection of poems, Beside Ourselves, is recently out from Miami University Press. She is the recipient of two National Endowment for the Arts Fellowships in poetry. In addition to her work in poetry, Nance has published three books of short fiction, her most recent being Curtain Creek Farm (Persea Books, 2000). New stories and poems appear in American Poetry Review, Ploughshares, AGNI, The Gettysburg Review, Crazyhorse, The Georgia Review, Colorado Review, and other journals. She teaches in the graduate creative writing programs at Eastern Washington University and Vermont College.
