Our Mission

The Department of Public Safety plays an integral role in the campus community by providing a public safety program which is proactive in eliminating, reducing and/or minimizing criminal opportunity before a crime actually occurs.

The Public Safety staff is committed to promoting a safe, secure and welcome environment for all campus users. This is achieved through campus community patrols, suppression of criminal, drug and alcohol activity, on-site crime report filing with Clackamas County Sheriff's Office, crime awareness presentations and counseling, preliminary fire and medical emergency inquiries, traffic accident investigations, campus parking regulation and enforcement. Our primary goal is the protection of all human life and property on CCC's multi-campus sites.
