Community Education

Senior Programs

Through Partnerships with Senior Facilities classes and activities are provided each year to retirement-aged citizens in our community. Offered throughout the county at senior centers and retirement centers, Clackamas Community College provides instruction to more than 3,000 seniors each year. Lecture classes on science and history topics; art classes such as watercolor, drawing and acrylics; dance classes such as salsa, line and belly dance; and exercise activities such as aerobics, Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates are a few of the classes offered. Check class listings under the Community Education section in the quarterly Class Schedule. Seniors 62 years of age or older qualify for discounted tuition charges.
