This class will help you gather and use information about your current skills, employer, and industry to create career advancement opportunities, identify strategies that increase employment stability, and examine issues that impact successful career pathways.

The work place has changed dramatically and will continue to change. Job security comes from understanding the world around you and preparing for change. The economic effects of technology, consumer demand, the business cycle, regulations, and the world market will continue to force changes upon each of us.
