2005 Season Outlook
Cougar Men Look to Remain Tough Competitors!
The men look to be as strong as they were last year. Josh Cobb is returning after his 9th place finish at NWAACC’s last year. Trevor Snook is also coming back after winning the 800 meters at the NWAACC Championships in the spring. Coach McHone has also brought in a strong group of freshman. Justin Culver looks to be one of the lead guys having already run 25:50 last year for 8k. Doug Benson is coming off a strong track season where he ran 4:20 for the 1600 and competed at state in Washington. Justin Schenck also had a competitive track season running 1:56 for the 800 and competed at state. Craig MacLean was 7th at the 3A Oregon Cross Country Championships. Other guys to watch will be Matt Peterman and Greg Nakata.
