2004 NWAACC Women's Cross Country trophyCougar Women are Champions!

The Cougar Women had a great season in 2004 with a first place finish at the NWAACC Championships. Ashley Adams earned All-American status with her 7th place finish. CCC finished with five women from 7th to 13th place. This is the fourth in the last ten years for CCC and the second in four years for Head Coach Keoni McHone.

The Cougar Men also experienced a fine season in 2004 with a second place finish at the NWAACC Championships. This is the second year in a row the men finished second. Clackamas has finished in the top 3 in the last 6 years with 2 NWAACC Championships and 2 individual NWAACC Champions (Trevor Dodge and John Butkey). CCC also won the Co-ed Combined Team Title in 2003 showing that year they were the best overall community college distance program in Oregon and Washington and were second last year for the Co-ed Combined title. Clackamas now owns 53% of the co-ed combined titles since 1989. The men were also Southern Region Champions last fall for the second year in a row.
