Athletic Excellence

Home of the Cougars, Clackamas Community College sets the benchmark for excellence in athletics. Since becoming a member of the Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges (NWAACC) in 1984, the Cougars have been leaders in every sport winning over 47 Northwest titles, including six in the last three seasons.

Clackamas proudly represents the best in Oregon athletics competing in the highly competitive Southern Region - a division mainly comprised of Oregon community colleges.

Student-Athletes

As a full-time Clackamas student, you have the opportunity to participate in any of the sports available at Clackamas, including men's baseball, women's softball, men's and women's basketball, men's and women's track, men's and women's cross country, women's volleyball, women's soccer, and wrestling.

In keeping with the standards of the program, emphasis is put on academic progress as well as athletic opportunity. Team travel, uniforms, and health insurance are provided. Admission to athletic events is free to Clackamas CC students with a current student ID.
