The process of designing and managing your career involves learning you how to use information about yourself and the world of work to make long term career decisions.  At this web page you will find assistance with understanding your values, interests, personality and skills (Self Assessment). You will also see information about careers and industries (The World of Work).  You  might want to get information about colleges, and financial aid (Education and Training).   Need more? Exploration Tools (Self-assessment):  Are you going to do something that's not right for you?  Of course not.  Soooooo, who are you?  By knowing your values, interests, personality, and skills you are better prepared to develop a career  that is satisfying and rewarding.  Collect information about yourself from these resources.   Take notes and/or copy and paste results in a word processor for use later.  Use the questions at each topic as a guide.
