For as long as I am in high school and a participant in the ACC program, I understand that my CCC grades and fees due will be shared with my parents and high school. This is in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974.

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974 ensures confidentiality of student records. Students enrolled in a Clackamas Community College (CCC) course, regardless of age, and including Advanced College Credit (ACC) courses, can expect the same rights. By checking the box above, you are indicating that you understand your ACC grades and fees due will be shared between CCC and your high school.
